Weddings and Receptions

Party CAD: Party CAD software allows the customer to view their upcoming event in a true 3-D layout. This eliminates the guesswork of how the event will look and where to place accessories. Our computer designed floor plans give you a visual picture as to how your guest's seating order, decorations & ceremonial events will look, before the event takes place.

Tent Heaters: Add some warmth to your next occasion with our all-purpose patio/tent heaters. Operating on a 20 pound propane tank, these stainless steel heaters feature 37,500 BTUs and push button starters with safety tilt switches for automatic turn-off if the unit is tipped.

Seating Charts: Are you unsure of the size of tent that is needed for your event? Then our handy seating and layout charts are the perfect tool for estimating the size of tent needed to cover your event.

Lighting: Joplin Tent Rental has stocked up on all of the latest lighting fixtures to make your next event an occasion to remember!

Leg Drapes: Add a touch of elegance to your tent! Our leg skirts easily hang from the sidewall valance ropes and each skirt gathers to create a pleated effect.

Feather Banners: Featuring a 17' pole with a 14' white feather flag that is accented with a 3-piece metallized polyethylene tail assembly that springs to life in the most gentle breeze. Available in Wedding White or Patriotic Red, White and Blue.

Dance Floor: The newest in dance floor styling, our Maple finish indoor/outdoor floor is expandable from 3' x 3' to 21' x 21'. It is available in 3' x 3' sections.

Sparklers: Traditional sparklers with bamboo sticks that are available in red, green, blue and gold. Available by the individual box of 8 sparklers or by the bundle of 96 sparklers.
