Application for Donation / Discount: We get many, many requests for donations and discounts for a number of different types of events.  In order to ensure the most effective and efficient review of each request we ask that you begin by reviewing and submitting this donation / discount application.  Please note that this document is only available online and requests to have the document mailed, faxed or emailed will be declined.

FAX Order Form:  If you are a frequent customer you may find it easier to use this order form that can be filled in and then faxed or emailed to our office.

Credit Account Application: If you are interested in setting up an account with Joplin Tent Rentals please read this introduction letter and complete the Credit Application.

Tent Rental Price:  Unlike other rental companies in the area, our pricing is consistent, no matter the type of event or occasion, so we have no issues with posting our rental prices and even allowing you to download it for your reference.  Others may promise a lower price, but our quality is your guarantee.

Seating Charts:  Are you planning an event and just not sure of the size of tent that will be required?  Then please refer to our downloadable seating chart for helpful information in determining your required size.  If your event is going to feature accessories such as a dance floor, serving lines, bar or stage, then please remember to allow extra space for the setup of the items.
